Concrete Finisher / Laborer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

●        Construct concrete forms for slabs, footings, retaining walls, piers, and other structural elements.  Retaining walls may include form liners.

●        Finishing of concrete flat work, walls, and other structures.

●        Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

●        Lead concrete crew, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.

●        Tie rebar, pour concrete, and execute steel and timber framing.

●        Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

●        Travel and work out of town as required for project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

●        5+ years of experience in concrete and carpentry.

●        Proficient in concrete forms, foundation work, rebar tying, and concrete pouring

●        Demonstrated ability in reading and interpreting construction plans.

●        Experience in leading and managing construction crews.

●        Strong commitment to safety standards and regulations

●        Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for out-of-town work.

●        Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

●        Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects

●        Familiarity with modern construction methods and materials

●        Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry/masonry or a related field

●        Knowledge of custom form liners and finishing.
