FEATURES

This multi-year project involved a major renovation of Osceola Landing along the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway for the National Park Service, with a focus on improving public access and enhancing the user experience.

A key component of the project was the extension and improvement of the existing boat ramp, which included the installation of new concrete stairs to provide safer, more convenient water access. Additional site enhancements included new and rehabilitated parking lots, driveways, trails, and walkways, as well as shoreline stabilization to protect the riverbank.

The scope also featured plaza concrete work with decorative etching, comfort station upgrades, installation of a new shade structure and vault toilets, new exhibits and interpretive signage, utility improvements, and site lighting. Final touches, in 2023, included tree removals, landscaping, boulder edging along the roadway, and upgrades to the front gate, benches, privacy screens, and boulder seating in the plaza area.
